Puppy seekers, please take warning. Those who advertise on KSL, Craigs list or any other off ball website ARE NOT reputable breeders and will say anything just to sell you that puppy. Don't be fooled by their selling tricks and gimmicks. They cannot prove your buying a show quality pup when they don't physically show themselves or their dogs don't have their Championship titles nor does having Champions in the pedigrees guaranteeing that you are getting a good quality healthy puppy. Don't be fooled with the false registries such as PDR, CKC, PBDR and so on. AKC and UKC are the only true registries for the United States!!!!!
"TRUE REPUTABLE BREEDERS" will not sell you gimmicks, advertise on those web sites and will back their puppies up 100%...they have their reputations to uphold and be proud of.
There is only "ONE" reputable breeder located in southern Utah who is an active member with the Samoyed Club of America.
So don't waist your good money on the ridiculousness high prices those back yard breeders in Utah, Colorado, Idaho (Or any other state) are charging. They are the ones who advertise on those web sites just so they can make a fast buck off you and couldn't care less what happens to the puppy once the money is in their greedy little hands. Do your research and ask questions such as genetic testing on both parents; OFA, EFA, CERF (CERF is done every year), ask if they have a 2yr-life time health guarantee and will take the dog back no matter what age it is for any reason. If they say no to any of these or tell you their dogs/breeding's don't have any health issues without proof then they are just feeding you a bunch of lies.

Most shelters in Utah do not have Web sites and there are some Samoyeds being missed due to shelters not knowing breed rescues exist. You can help by taking a trip to your local shelter and checking to see if they have Samoyeds in their care and either E-mail me or give them my E-mail address (Digital picture for identification is helpful). Upon request, I have a listing of Pure bred rescues and All breed rescues available for any shelter. You can also find a similar listing at www.petfinder.com. Help the needless euthanasia of pets by notifying the rescues of pets needing their help.
